Bookings are made exclusively through the online platform.
Reservations are only confirmed after full payment is received.

Cancellation:

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER 

• up to 4 weeks before arrival, is free of charge;
• for the 4 weeks, you have the deposit paid (25%);
• on the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY 

If a situation arises for which the company is responsible that makes it impossible to occupy the accommodation, the company will make available to the customer accommodation with equal or superior characteristics.

Incoming and Outgoingífrom

The check-in time is free of charge. However, check-in can only take place from 15:00 if and when guests are due to check-out on the same day.
Check-out should take place by 10am.

Núnumber of guests:

The maximum capacity of each property must be respected.

Guests are responsible for their behaviour and that of all persons accompanying them.
Most properties are located in residential buildings, therefore legal noise levels must be respected. ALMA Holiday Rentals reserves the right to take the necessary action if and when complaints are made on behalf of the resident community regarding guest misconduct. If action is required by the company in which guests are asked to leave, then no possible refund will take place.
Guests are responsible for costs associated with damage to properties.

Rights and obligationsçõGeneral administrative provisionsçãALMA Holiday Rentals:

ALMA Holiday Rentals is responsible for information and photos posted on the website. However, when not properly communicated by the owners, it will not be responsible for the lack of equipment or any changes in restoration / aesthetics that may occur at any time.
ALMA Holiday Rentals works exclusively as an intermediary in the rental of non-permanent residential properties for short periods of time, pursuant to Article 1095(3) of the Civil Code.
